We will plan on downgrading your membership on your next renewal date, so if you are asking to downgrade at a later date, or have any other specific requests, please email us at corecollectiveA2@gmail.com to let us know.

 

And if you'd like to upgrade again, just use the same process to let us know!

 

Please note: we cannot process downgrades after your billing month has already started.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I downgrade my membership, can I upgrade again at my former membership rate?

Yes, absolutely! As long as you continue as a member, you have access to any membership within this pricing tier.

Can I still upgrade to my former membership level if that level is discontinued or waitlisted after I downgrade?

Unfortunately, you would only be able to select from available membership types when you are ready to upgrade again.

Can I downgrade for a single month?

Of course! There is no minimum number of months you are committed to after a membership change.

Can I downgrade halfway through my current billing month?

Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade your membership mid-month, but we would be happy to downgrade you on your next renewal date!

 

What happens to my unused sessions after I downgrade?

You can roll over up to half of your unused sessions into your first month at your new membership level. (Please note that this option does not apply if you are downgrading from an unlimited membership.) Please let us know if you would like us to do this for you, as our system does not do this automatically.

8 sessions is too many for me, but 4 is too few. What are my options?

In this case, we would recommend downgrading to 4 sessions/month and purchasing individual sessions as needed. (Individual sessions are discounted for members!)
