From seasonal mini-retreats to creative themed classes, each gathering is crafted with intention - and always with our signature Core Collective energy.

Funda-mentals Workshop
Learn the fundamentals that make Pilates make sense. This workshop covers how to modify exercises, manage fatigue, find the right level of challenge, and participate confidently in any class - even when things move quickly. You’ll leave with practical tools to adjust on your own so you can build strength safely without feeling lost or overwhelmed.

Teaser Mastery Lab

Teaser is one of Pilates’ most iconic - and most misunderstood - exercises. This workshop breaks it down into the specific strength, mobility, and coordination components required for success. You’ll learn progressions, drills, and modifications that help you build a controlled, confident teaser rather than muscling through it.

Puppies & Pilates

Join us for a mat Pilates class, accompanied by two litters of 8-week old puppies! Donations of dog food, treats, toys, crates, pet medications, blankets, towels and crates are all graciously accepted. All money raised will support Rebel Dogs Detroit.

Moms & Babes is a special class designed for you and your little one (babies under 2). This is a chance to move your body while keeping your baby close - whether they’re beside you, in your arms, or part of the flow.
It won’t be perfect - and that’s the point.
After class, we’ll leave time to linger, connect, and meet other moms in the same season - no rush to run out the door.
Come as you are, bring your little one, and move together.

Prenatal Workshop

Stay strong, comfortable, and confident throughout pregnancy. This session covers how pregnancy changes your body, what movements to modify, how to manage fatigue and breathlessness, and how to participate safely in group classes. You’ll leave with clear guidelines and reassurance so you can continue exercising without fear or confusion.

Hazel Coffee Collab

Winter Mini-Retreat

Join us for a mini retreat designed to melt away mid-winter stress. You’ll rotate through a guided reformer flow class, a restorative sound meditation, and a cozy self-care room featuring mini facials and warm spiced cider. Every guest will head home with a curated goody bag, and the first 24 people to register will receive upgraded wellness gifts.

Traverse City Retreat

We’ll escape to Northern Michigan for a long weekend of movement, adventure, and local flavor. Each day will begin with Pilates on the beach, followed by activities like hiking the sand dunes, exploring downtown, visiting the farmer’s market, and paddle boarding on the water. Evenings will be spent enjoying Traverse City’s incredible food scene and visiting three of the area’s best wineries. It’s a refreshing, close-to-home getaway designed to blend wellness, community, and pure Michigan summer energy.

Portugal Retreat

Learn the key ways to increase challenge - including range of motion, tempo, stability, resistance, and advanced variations - so you can customize your workout in real time. You’ll leave with practical strategies to keep building strength, control, and endurance in any class.

Summer Walk Club

Join us for Walk Club - a free, weekly meet-up designed to get you outside and connect with other clients.
We’ll take a different route each week to keep things interesting, but the format stays simple: show up, walk, and catch up.
We usually head for coffee afterwards if you want to stick around.
No sign-up required. Open to members and friends.

Glow + Row
Past Event
Lights down. Music up. Let’s glow.
Glow + Row is a one-night, blacklight workout experience that brings a party vibe to the studio. Think glowing lights, high-energy music, and a room full of movement that feels more like an event than a class.
We’ll flow between the rower and the mat for a full-body burn, but the focus here is the atmosphere - dark room, neon accents, and a completely different energy than your typical workout.
Wear something that glows (or grab some of ours), bring a friend, and get ready to sweat under the lights.
Spots are limited - this one will fill quickly.

Tulum Retreat

We’ll head to the coast for four days of sun, movement, and connection at Coco Tulum. This retreat will be jam-packed; your trip fee includes daily beach Pilates, guided meditation, and curated experiences like cenote exploration, ceviche making, mezcal tastings, and snorkeling with sea turtles. With accommodations, meals, and activities planned for you, it’s designed to be a refreshing reset and an unforgettable way to connect beyond the studio.
