FAQs
Can I book any class with the $15 intro offer?
Yes! Your $15 intro class can be used for any regularly scheduled class with available spots.
Do you have beginner classes?
While we do not offer designated beginner classes, all experience levels are welcome. If it’s your first class, we recommend starting with a Core Classic or Core Focus class.
Are classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! Our classes are designed to be welcoming for all experience levels, including first-time clients.
What should I wear?
We require non-skid socks be worn for all of our classes, for both hygiene and safety issues. You are welcome to wear your own, but we also have these available for purchase in studio if you don't already have a pair! And you don't need to wear anything specific; just make sure you dress in something you can move in!
What if I have an injury / am pregnant / feel nervous?
Please let your instructor know before class so we can support you with modifications and recommendations. We’re always happy to help you feel comfortable, confident, and safe in class.
Being that we do host group sessions, however, if you feel you may need more personalized direction to get started, we would recommend beginning with a private session.
Are men welcome in classes?
Yes - our classes are open to everyone!
Are all classes on the reformer?
All classes with the exception of our Core Circuit and Core Mat classes use the reformer.
