OUR CLASS FORMATS
Whether you're here to sweat or stretch, we have something for everyone.


Core Classic
This is Core Collective in its truest form and is recommended for first-timers. Every exercise is modifiable and no Reformer experience is necessary. Expect a challenging workout that always features the 3 little A’s: abs, arms &… glutes 😉
At our Packard studio, instructors may also incorporate the Tower alongside Reformer work for added support, challenge, or variety, based on class flow and teaching style. All levels.

Core Flow
Yoga lovers: this class is for you! A fusion of Reformer Pilates & Yoga (strength & flexibility), this really is the best of both worlds. You'll leave feeling toned, lengthened and mentally restored. All levels.

Core Mat
A Pilates-inspired mat class that blends strength and stability training for the whole body. Using props like weights, bands and balls, you'll move through intentional exercises designed to build balanced strength, endurance and control. Expect a challenging, grounded workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized!

Core Focus
Similar to our Core Classic class, with a more targeted approach. Each class focuses on either lower body (glutes, quads, hamstrings, inner thighs & calves) or upper body (arms, shoulders, chest, and back), while still delivering plenty of core work.
At our Packard studio, Tower work may be interspersed with Reformer exercises depending on instructor preference to enhance strength, alignment, or muscle focus. All levels.

Core Stretch
A dimly lit room, a relaxing playlist, and a blend of static and dynamic stretching make this the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Expect slow, intentional movement designed to release tension and restore mobility.
At our Packard studio, instructors may incorporate the Tower for gentle assistance and deeper stretch, paired with Reformer and mat-based work. All levels.

Core Cardio
This class combines reformer work with a high-energy workout using our WaterRowers, making this the perfect cardio & strength workout. The only workout of its kind in Ann Arbor! No rowing experience is necessary; your instructor will walk you through proper form during your first session! All levels.

Core + Restore
If you: Would like to build your core strength - and would love to take a class targeted to core work, would love to improve your flexibility or incorporate more stretching into your weekly routine, want to improve your posture - or just want to undo all the damage you do to your body every day by sitting at a desk or being hunched over a phone, suffer from neck or back pain, or just love feet-in-straps (if you are new to the reformer, just wait ;-)) ...this class is for you. All levels.

Core Jump
This class features a blend of jumpboard and strength training for a full body, calorie-burning workout. This is cardio like you've never experienced it. High intensity and low impact, this is a favorite of many of our clients. All levels.
