    What makes Packard Row different

Located on the south side of Ann Arbor, our Packard studio features both Reformer Pilates and mat classes in a space designed for movement, consistency and community. With expert instructors, thoughtfully programmed workouts and a welcoming atmosphere, Packard offers something for every stage of your fitness journey.

The clearest difference here is the equipment: the Reformers at Packard Row have Tower attachments. A Tower is a vertical frame at the end of the Reformer with its own springs and bars, so an instructor can add resistance or support from a more stable surface. You never book a separate Tower class - instructors weave Tower work into select Reformer classes when it fits the flow of the class.

Spring-based resistance or assistance from a fixed frame, used in select classes alongside Reformer work. No separate Tower class to book, and not every class uses it.

    A dedicated mat studio

Studio B is a versatile movement space for mat-based classes, workshops, private events and community gatherings.

    Built around regulars

From first-time clients to longtime members, this studio is a place to challenge yourself, stay connected and keep coming back for more.

    Reserved parking on site

Twelve spaces are marked for Core Collective right outside, with free street parking on the adjacent side street when the lot is busy.
