ABOUT US

core collective instructor group

Tired of high-impact workouts that never seemed to produce results - and left her both inflexible and repeatedly injured - owner Emily Hollon knew there had to be a better way to stay in shape.

Enter Pilates. Within a month of starting reformer workouts, she had more core strength, more flexibility and better posture than she had ever had in her life. And with that, she was hooked.

With this newfound passion, and an eagerness to bring it to her own Northside Ann Arbor community, Core Collective was born.

We invite you to join us for a class, and to experience the hype for yourself. We guarantee you'll be hooked, too.

"Very welcoming, fun environment and a great full body workout.

I am brand new to reformer Pilates and have found it to be the perfect mix of strength, flexibility and cardio."

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS $10!

Which class would you recommend I start with?

We recommend starting with our Core Classic class. While each class is different, this should give you a good feel for what a typical workout feels like. If you have physical restrictions or limitations, however, we recommend starting with an introductory private session. Call or text 734.999.0372 or email corecollectivea2@gmail.com, and we'll get you scheduled!

What should I wear or bring to class?

We require non-skid socks be worn for all of our classes, for both hygienic and safety issues. You are welcome to wear your own, but we also have these available for purchase in studio if you don't already have a pair! And you don't need to wear anything specific; just make sure you dress in something you can move in!
