Community
More than a place to work out
Core Collective is built around movement, but the community goes beyond class. We’ve created more ways for members to meet each other, make plans, find accountability and spend more time connecting offline.

Built for real connection
Fitness can be social without feeling forced.
We know it can be surprisingly hard to meet people as an adult, especially when so much of life happens online. That’s why we’ve created simple ways for members to connect around shared interests, routines and goals.
Whether you’re looking for a workout buddy, a walking group or just more familiar faces around the studio, there’s room to find your people here.
The Core Collective Member Hub
A private space for members to connect
Our Member Hub gives members a place to join existing groups or create their own. Groups can be open to the wider Core Collective community or invite-only, depending on what members want to build.
- Workout buddy groups
- Accountability groups
- Member matchmaking groups
- Coffee groups
- New to Ann Arbor groups
- Parent groups
- Neighborhood groups
- Hobby and interest groups
The Member Hub is available to current Core Collective members.

Member matchmaking
Find people you actually want to make plans with
Sometimes the hardest part is simply finding people with a similar schedule, stage of life or interest. Our member matchmaking groups are designed to make that easier, whether you’re hoping to meet a workout partner, build an accountability group or connect with people outside of class.

Walk clubs + social events
More reasons to get offline
We regularly create opportunities to connect outside the studio through walk clubs, coffee meetups, social events and other community gatherings.
The goal isn’t to fill your calendar. It’s to make it easier to have genuine, low-pressure ways to meet people and spend time together in real life.
Why we built this
Because community matters as much as consistency
Showing up to class is easier when you feel connected to the people around you. We want Core Collective to be a place where members can build a routine, but also build relationships, find accountability and feel more rooted in the community around them.
For anyone trying to spend a little less time online and a little more time with actual people, this is part of what we’re building.
Come for the workout. Stay for the people.
With two Ann Arbor studios, around 150 classes each week and a growing member community, there are plenty of ways to find a routine that fits you.
