A little more attention can make a big difference.
Our private Pilates sessions are specially designed for clients who want personalized attention and tailored modifications.
You're new to Pilates and have an injury or movement restriction
Our private sessions are specially designed for clients who want personalized attention and tailored modifications. We'll work around what your body needs and keep you comfortable with the equipment.
You're returning from an injury
Current clients often use a private session to ease back in, revisit modifications and rebuild confidence before returning to the group schedule.
You're expecting and nearing your second trimester
Expecting clients nearing their second trimester often want expert guidance on safe modifications. A private session gives your instructor time to walk through them with you.
You're brand new to Pilates
Learn the equipment, terminology and foundational movements at your own pace before joining group classes.
You want more personalized instruction
Spend the full session with an instructor who can tailor exercises, resistance and pacing specifically to you.
You have a specific goal
Whether you're building strength, improving mobility, refining technique or progressing more quickly, private sessions can be shaped around what you're working toward.
You want to feel more confident in class
A few private sessions can help you better understand the Reformer, transitions and common exercises before stepping into a group setting.
You want a more challenging session
Experienced clients can use private sessions to work on advanced exercises, technique and progressions that may not fit into a mixed-level class.
Your session. Your goals.
A private session isn't a one-size-fits-all workout. Your instructor can adjust the whole session around you:
- Exercises
- Resistance
- Equipment
- Pace
- Intensity
- Range of motion
- Progressions
- Modifications

Never used a Reformer before? Start here.
A private session can be a great introduction if you want to learn the equipment and foundational movements before taking your first group class.
- You don't need to already understand Pilates.
- You don't need to be flexible.
- You don't need to be “in shape”.
- There's no expectation that you already know the equipment.
- Your instructor will guide you through the entire session.
If you're brand new and don't have an injury or restriction, our $15 new client special is also a great, low-cost way to try a group class.

From our clients
Working with what your body needs today
Client testimonials shared publicly. Nothing here is medical advice - tell your instructor what's going on and they'll adjust with you.
“Check out Core collective! First class isn’t free but it’s a local small business with utmost care for their clients. Instructors modify classes based on clients’ needs like existing injuries/pains/etc. I’ve been there for a year and half and love the community :)”
“I went to Core Collective for a while as a plus-size girl and always felt welcome. Any time I needed to modify, they wouldn’t draw attention to it - would just quietly and discreetly check-in and help me adjust as needed. Their stretch classes are amazing and a great way to ease into Pilates!”
