    Mix Reformer Pilates with coached strength, rowing and jumpboard cardio and stretch and mobility classes. No add-ons, no separate membership.

    Strength

    Core Circuit on our AMP cable machines: progressive resistance, presses, rows, squats and lunges, coached from start to finish in groups capped at 14.

    Cardio

    Higher-energy conditioning without leaving the studio - WaterRower intervals in Core Cardio and low-impact jumpboard work in Core Jump.

    Stretch & Mobility

    Slower, intentional classes for mobility and recovery - Core Flow to blend Pilates with yoga, Core Stretch to release tension, Core + Restore for core work, posture and flexibility.

    Core Cardio and Core Circuit run at our Plymouth Road studio. Tower work is part of select classes at Packard. Core Mat classes are only currently offered at Packard. Not sure which class fits you? Take our 5-question class finder.

    The original Core Collective studio, where it all began in 2017. Now a three-studio movement space on the north side of Ann Arbor, home to Core Cardio rowing classes and Core Circuit on our Amp cable machines. Free parking.
