PLYMOUTH ROAD
Welcome to the original Core Collective studio — where it all began in 2017. Located on the north side of Ann Arbor, this space started as a single reformer Pilates studio and has since grown into a three-studio movement experience featuring both our Core Cardio classes, which combine rowing and reformer work, and Core Circuit classes, which utilize our Amp cable resistance machines. The Plymouth studio has become a community staple, and is the place that shaped the energy, movement and experience behind each of our studios today.

Studios and Class Formats
Studio A
Our large group reformer studio. This is where we host our Core Classic, Core Focus, Core Flow, Core Stretch and Core + Restore classes.
Studio B
Our newest studio where we host Core Circuit classes featuring our Amp Fitness cable machines.
Studio C
Our smaller group reformer and private training studio. Also home to our Core Cardio classes, which feature a blend of rowing and reformer work.

I’ve been going to this Pilates studio for over two years now, and I can honestly say it’s been such a positive and consistent part of my life. From day one, the studio has been incredibly welcoming and inviting, no matter your experience level. I always feel comfortable walking through the door. The variety of class times and class formats is amazing and has been a lifesaver for someone like me with a hectic and ever-changing schedule. The instructors are truly fantastic. Each one brings their own unique style and twist to class. I’m continually impressed by how much the classes vary, you never feel like you’re just repeating the same workout over and over. Even as the studio has grown and expanded to now two locations, they’ve managed to maintain a strong sense of individualization and personal attention. It still feels like a community, not just a workout. I cannot recommend this studio enough!

I love love love this studio! I joined about a month ago while recovering from an injury, desperately needing a workout that was challenging yet low-impact. Core Collective was exactly what I was looking for! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, the studio itself is gorgeous, and the music is fantastic. The instructors are amazing – they offer modifications for every level and always suggest ways to push yourself (or take it easy) depending on how you're feeling that day. I have loved every class I've been to so far! Truly, whether you're looking to tone up, rebuild strength after an injury, or just find a challenging and mindful workout, I can't recommend Core Collective enough.

A friend invited me to take a class at Core Collective back in 2023. After that first class I was hooked! Pilates at Core Collective is dynamic and challenging, and also fosters a welcoming environment. Each class is different but also offers a reliable total body workout. I never get bored and I don’t dread going to class.
Their classes are all-levels so you’ll practice alongside beginners and people who have been taking classes for years. The instructors are very good at helping you get oriented, and after a couple of classes you’ll get the hang of things. I think the best type of exercise is something that you can do consistently, brings you joy most days and happens in an environment that is positive. Core Collective hits all the marks for me!
