12 Sessions/Month
Annual Membership
Studio Access:
This membership provides access to classes at both our Plymouth Road and Packard Row locations.
Class Cancellation Policy:
Sessions must be cancelled more than 10 hours prior to class; otherwise, an $8 fee will be assessed to the account on file, and the session will be forfeited. No-shows are subject to a $12 penalty.
Rollover Policy:
Up to 6 unused classes may be used anytime during the subsequent billing period - meaning you may have up to 18 total classes in your account at any time; any additional unused classes will be forfeited. This benefit is forfeited during any month in which this contract is suspended. Unused/rolled over classes are also forfeited if you downgrade or terminate your membership for any reason.
Membership Term:
The initial term of this membership is 52 weeks. Upon completion of the initial term, the membership will automatically renew for an additional 52 weeks unless you request to cancel at least 21 days prior to the final renewal date.
Membership Modifications (Upgrades or Downgrades):
Memberships may be upgraded or downgraded at any time. However, any change in membership level will require the member to agree to a new 12 billing cycle agreement under the updated membership terms and pricing. The new term will begin on the next scheduled billing date. To request to upgrade or downgrade your membership, fill out a request form at www.corecollectivea2.com/membership-changes.
Membership Suspensions:
Memberships may be suspended for between 14 and 60 days per rolling calendar year, or for up to a maximum of 2 total occurrences per rolling calendar year. Exceptions may be granted at the studio’s discretion, but may require additional prepayment or other terms as determined on a case-by-case basis; email the studio at corecollectiveA2@gmail.com to discuss your specific situation.
Requesting a Suspension: To suspend your membership, please fill out a suspension request form by going to www.corecollectivea2.com/membership-suspension. This must be done a minimum of 14 days before your requested suspension date.
Suspension Terms: A $10 suspension fee will be assessed every 28 days during the duration of your suspension. A minimum of $10 will be assessed for each suspension occurrence. During this time:
You will not be able to utilize your membership to cover your classes
Your regular billing will be suspended, with the exception of the suspension fee
The membership term will be extended by the length of the suspension
Your membership cannot be cancelled while on suspension. The membership will automatically resume billing at the end of the suspension period.
Medical Suspensions or Membership Suspension for Special Circumstances: To request a temporary suspension due to medical reasons, injury, or other exceptional circumstances, please email the studio at corecollectiveA2@gmail.com with details of your request, along with your requested suspension start date. Medical suspensions are subject to the same minimum 14-day suspension period, but do not have a maximum suspension period.
Membership Termination:
Membership termination requests must be submitted at least 21 days prior to your membership expiration date. To do this, fill out a termination request form at www.corecollectivea2.com/membership-termination. You will be asked to fill out an online exit survey prior to cancelling your membership.
Early Termination: You may choose to terminate your membership at any time if you are unable to fulfill the full commitment term. Early terminations are subject to an early termination fee equivalent to one month’s membership payment at your current membership rate. To request to terminate your membership early, follow the same steps outlined above.
Early termination may be granted without penalty under the following circumstances, with proper documentation:
Medical Disability: If you suffer a permanent medical disability that prevents you from participating in Pilates, you may request early termination by providing documentation from a licensed medical professional. Please note: in most cases, medical conditions would qualify for a temporary suspension rather than termination. Please see above for terms of medical suspensions.
Relocation: If you move more than 25 miles from the studio, you may request termination by providing proof of relocation (e.g., lease agreement, utility bill, or employer verification).
Military Deployment or Reassignment: If you are an active-duty military member and are deployed or reassigned to a location outside Ann Arbor, you may request termination by providing official military orders.
Other Extenuating Circumstances: In rare cases, the studio may approve a termination request for other significant hardships at its sole discretion.
Requests for early termination must be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation. The studio reserves the right to review and approve or deny any request based on the provided information.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be granted upon management approval, and will only be issued in the form of account credit.
